The joint service provided by Genoinseq and Progenus seamlessly encompass the sequencing, assembly and the full functional automatic annotation of prokaryotic (bacteria, phage) and small eukaryotic genomes (yeast, fungus).               

This collaboration comprises the expertise for library preparation, sequencing and genome assembly guaranteed by the bacterial genome sequencing workflow implemented at Genoinseq and the expertise of Progenus in CDS prediction and annotation and the organization of data in an interactive web-based interface for visualization and data mining.
