MIDEXPLORER

MIDEXPLORER software creates TAGs (barcodes) to identify multiple samples run together in the same sequencing lane or region.

With this software, the user can create different sets of TAGs depending on the length, error correction and number. The TAGs generated have the capability of error correction as defined by parameter.

MIDEXPLORER also can generate the sequences adjacent to the barcode to insure there are no repeated bases in the beginning and in the end of the TAGs, thus reducing sequencing errors.

MIDEXPLORER can also test and modify TAGs that are already in use in your lab.
